Where's my refund?

I bought 3 tickets for Mclaren Circus which totalled to R327.00. On 1 March Cityslicker emailed me to inform me that the tickets have been sold and I have the option to request a credit for the same amount or request a refund. I responded on the same day with my banking details for a refund and understand that it takes 7 - 10 working days. I have'nt received any response other than the automated response. There are no telephone contact numbers for Cityslicker. I will never want to shop on this site again nor will I recommend it to other people.
