I requested a refund for the Maclaren circus voucher as I was informed by City Slicker that they had limited amount of vouchers for this deal. I sent my banking details on 1/03/2013 and have in the interim posted a complaint regarding the delay with the refund owed to me. I requested feedback regarding the status of the refund on 26 March and received an automated response that feedback will be given within 2 working days as from 26 March. I have received no feedback yet and my refund has still not been given to me. There are no telephonic contact details for this Call Centre and I have to rely on emails as a means of correspondence. If I do not receive my refund before the end of this week, I will be reporting this complaint to the Ombudsman of the Consumer Protection Act.
