In October 2012, I had purchased two faulty Blackberry charge cases from city slicker and had requested to return them. After numeruos liaisings with the service provider and 2 months later I was informed that I needed to request the refund from Cityslicker. I had made contact with City slicker via email as they don't have a telephone number which in itself is very frustrating. On the 5 February 2013, Cityslicker had confrmed that my refund has been received and that i should wait 3-10 working days for it to be processed. To date I have received no refund into my account and they don't respond to emails. Failing that they don't have a telephone number to call for a follow up.
