Still Awaiting Refund

Why is it that CitySlicker does not have a contact telephone number?? I have requested a refund on a Voucher that I purchased in the beginning of February 2013, according to the back and forth emails, this refund was processed on 6 February 2013, it is now 25 February 2013 and I still have not received the refund into my account.

Why is this refund taking so long?!?!?!!
