This is the 2nd complaint for the same transaction in NOVEMBER 2012 so please do not respond with an apology on Hello Peter but completely disregard mails to City Slicker. I was once again promised on the 9th of January that my refund would be processed but of course no payment received to date. Is anybody experiencing the same problem as it is not possible to contact City Slicker directly and they are NOT responding to emails or is the solution to get in contact with one's bank to investigate?
