No response on email requesting a refund

I emailed Cityslicker 3 days ago to request a refund on a purchase that I had made. On sending the email I got an automated response to say that within 2 days I would hear from them. I have had no contact from City Slicker, I have since sent a follow up email and again nothing from them.
