In the past when I had queries on PNET the issues was resolved quickly but since last year a noticed that the service received from Pnet is not excaptable anymore. I had a query last year that took them weeks just to come back to me and when the manager phoned me she was very rude and promised she will get back to me but she didn't luckily for me HP sorted out my query and not PNET
I have last week lodge a query via email to PNET querying about ads that is advertised on the insurance section that is suppose to be on the IT section, to date no one has bother to answer my email. It also seems that PNET is a lot of the times off line as there is a huge number off ads that is duplications
I have also made a suggestion to PNET to high light the positions that is already applied for but to date no feedback was received on this
