I ordered a dish rack through City Slicker. When it arrived, it was NOTHING like the picture advertised.
In fact, is was a cheap piece of rubbish that I could have bought at Chinatown for R30!!!
At my own cost, I sent it back to JHB to Calasca where Gugu promised me a refund once it was returned in good order.
That was 2 weeks ago. I have tried call City Slicker & the number no longer works?
I don't receive any response to my emails.

When I purchased your product, it very clearly stated:
SHOULD YOU NOT BE ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT PLEASE RETURN IT WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND.
I am STILL waiting for my refund please!!!
