Poor Customer Service

I order a product on the 15 Jan 2013 from Catch of the Day, it took 5 days to pack the goods and then was dispatched on the 23 Jan and was onboard the delivery vehichle on the 23rd and was only delivered on the 27th, this is absolutely shocking service, as i was paying for the delivery.
