The CATCH here is that Catch Of The Day's couriers are pathetic.
Knowing this was an issue I willingly selected Post Office Speed Services as my choice of delivery. This was completely ignored in favour of the ever pathetic Churchills Couriers.
If Churchills was a company that responded I would be complaining to them. They however don't even respond to emails.
That being said, I ordered an item through FNB which unfortunately meant I had to deal with Catch Of The Day yet again.
Ordered 1st October... despatched 2nd October... and here the wait begins. 16th October now and nobodfy can tell me where my parcel is.
THis is the last time COTD. Change couriers or kiss this customer goodbye.
