I've bought a few stuff of Catch of the day, but i phoned in to inquire about a order from the 22 Nov that is still on "payment received" status, so i phoned the call center number, just to be told i cant be helped cos the lady of Customer Care is not in 09:15??? Why not just close your lines, why aggravate callers? Angelique that answered just gave me the impression of ", don't really wanna help you"
i'm really shocked with this poor service and i still have 2 orders that needs to get to me...
With service like that, that will be my last two orders.
Very disappointing. Please can someone let me know about order 34853-2011-2013-2311-34 and when it will be delivered?
