I ordered some toys (R600 worth) for a child's birthday party which is tomorrow night, 24 May. I placed the order well in advance and was advised by Asanda Thondlana that I will receive it within 7 working days. I still have not received it and the status still only shows that Payment has been received. I have emailed a few times about this and have not received any response. Now I need to go buy more gifts from another store, which I didnt budget for, and no one has the decency to tell me what is going on!!!
This is seriously bad service; why would anyone want to use you and I see that there are tons more complaints about this 'Catch of the day' on the net - there's definitely a catch! I wish I looked at that before. anyone reading this, take note and check the complaints before you spend your hard earned money on companies who dont deliver.
