I have hosted with them for about 3 years and every year requested to pay a year in advance instead of monthly. Mistake 1.
On the 22nd of August I closed my web site and requested a refund. They immediately responded that they will refund me no problem. However after not hearing from them for some time I sent another email. And another. And another. To no avail. Furthermore they have no telephone number on their web address. This should have warned me already from the moment go.
I read elsewhere on HelloPeter of another client who had exactly the same problem and the same thing happened to them. So they are basically and wonder what the next step is.
