Refund not paid over 3 weeks later!

Having bought an item from the Kalahari Beta site, around August 22nd, the amount that was deducted from my account was incorrectly taken as the full price of the product instead of the discounted amount as shown on the webpage. I immediately contacted Kalahari regarding the error in billing and was sent a mail saying it will be responded to in 48 hours.

A week later having had no response, I sent another email to support and received the same email, telling me to wait another 48 hours for a resolution. A week later I phoned the support line where I was told that the person would speak to her manager and get back to me, which they never did. Around the 4th of September I received an email from a support member by the name of Ashley asking me to explain the story once again. Emails back and forth finally got me a credit refund on my account, whereby I requested a cash refund to my account, the site stating that this would take between 3 - 5 working days. It has now been over 6 working days and still no refund.

The amount is not a large amount but the way the situation was handled is saddening, especially being a happy customer for many years!
