Thank you for bringing the above matter to our attention. First and foremost I sincerely apologise for the negative experience that you had with the seller SVB Connections. The seller has unfortunately not responded to or provided any solutions in our attempts at trying to resolve the matter.
In relation to the bidorbuy Terms and Conditions we do not state in any of our clauses that a buyer can be sued up to the value of R30000 should the buyer fail to make payment after committing to purchase on bidorbuy.
We are busy looking at alternate options and we would like to still assist you with the problem you are experiencing. A bidorbuy consultant will be intouch with you shortly.
