Loan settled, acount debited but no refund

I have settled 1 of my loans on the 19th of this month. I have sent the settlement letter the very same day to [Email Removed] On the 20th my debit order went off so on the 21st (08:57) i forwarded the same email also showing from my internet banking that the payment went off and requested for a refund. Someone read my email (09:03) but has not responded to me to date. Does no one attend to that inbox? Is that email address for people who are bored and just want to pass time by reading emails and not doing anything. This is not the 1st time that my mail was ignored. On the 14th (08:11, which was read at 08:20) i requested a settlement letter and that was never attended to, only when i called the call centre, a consultant assisted me. I suggest that you get another email address that customers can send through request and it will get actioned or get people that want to work and will attend to it. Please correspond only via email. Refund my instalment ASAP, it is my money not yours!!!
