I ordered a parcel from Temu, and at first, it took three days to get the clearance sorted out. Now, there is just no feedback at all. I cannot get through on the phone, and on the WhatsApp chat, I am not replied to. After an hour, you just get an update on what the parcel's status is, and immediately after that, the inquiry is closed. This means you are supposed to wait up to an hour for a response that means nothing, and then you do not even have an option to respond.
