Ad promise, very poor service&management

May invoice suppose coming aft 13th each, call service center, no answer, visit sandton service center 3 times, no deliver
Amanda Dubase@this office, promise cc require mail to customer, no thing follow (we have hard copy, no idea if she sent to billing people, Amanda's sign&cell : 0832127718)
3rd July 11:00 call Amanda Dubase, answer but hang up, excuse by busy.push me back to my office admin!!??
Lizal Morri: copy shows who receive Amanda mail about it, never deliver this job.till now!
things very funny 27 june when we visit sandton service center, MTN stuff all busy with media TV show pose, no sence &focus @service!!

31jan 2013, this office got my company A/C transfer require ref: 96564412, then no answer till now, visit them March, they lost documents. and promise us sort out by ref No. 27th July, we check again, system show sb cancelled customer record, no explaination.

inquire contract update and extension informaiton, reply only by talking no paper or brochure???
