What diamonds Multichoice has in Natasha Abed & Amanda Mabaso. In just one day, they did what no one else could do in 6days. It is really sad that I only got to encounter these diamonds after such frustrations of being sent to and fro several departments.
Natasha is a great leader and her subordinate Amanda is well on her way of filling her position once Natasha becomes the CEO. Both have demonstrated that being service-driven is a crucial part of any business at any level of management. I had lost all hope in Multichoice but they've reminded me that a little bit of light overpowers total darkness.
Im at a loss for words with their efficiency. They've shown me how much they care about their customers and through them, multichoice will keep a myriad customers.

Thank you so much Natasha and Amanda. Natasha, you can single-handedly run Multichoice and with Amanda on your side, "mnet cares" "delight" won't just be random words we see on your billboards, but they're words tha epitomise your indomitable ability to assist relentlessly to achieve customer satisfaction.
I cannot thank you enough for your help.
