I have recently load a complaint wrt payments that went missing and after giving information I have not receive contact. I must honestly say, that within hours Amanda de Beer contacted me and explain the cause of the delay, which, to be fair was a reasonable and I experience something similar. I must stress though that she constantly updates me on the progress of the query at hand and I have the best service ever from Flemix. Amanda, you are a true ambassador for your company and thank you for you feedback and updates.
Johan, you've been copied into our correspondence, as from past dealings with you, I am sure Amanda rubs off from you as you render similar advised to me in the past.
