We upgrade our contract to 50mps from 25mps. We told the sales
representive that the wifi signal is very poor on 25mps. He told us to upgrade to 50mps so it can come better (User id: VDWESTHUIZENJ). We still have problems after a month of this new contract. Our download is 2 or 1mbs. I phone vodacom customer care 5 times. They did everything?? The last call to them is that they dont know why? And the vodacom shop also dont know.
I want to cancel the contract because vodacom cant give me even enough to watch internet. We watch netclix like 5min and then gone. We probably need a wifi extender or wifi antenna.
Can you please phone me on 0731732745 to resolve this matter, I want to cancel the contract because vodacom cant give me a service. I apparently have to pay to cancel the contract. Can somebody please help us, we are so frustated
