I bought a book on Bid or Buy from a seller. Tried to contact seller several times. Seller hung up on me. Seller was angry with me because of dealings outside of Bid or Buy. No communication from seller followed. Gave seller negative rating for poor communication. Bid or Buy removed negative rating without consulting me and blocked my ability to rate seller for the poor service. They also gave me a warning for rating abuse! WHY? I felt that they could have showed me some respect by hearing my side of the story first. Phoned Bid or Buy and spoke to Simphiwe that evening. Simphiwe asked me to pay for book and if I do not hear from seller by the next day he would unblock my rating ability. I would then be able to rate my experience with the seller. No communication from seller the next day. Phoned Simphiwe and asked him to unblock my ability to rate seler. He refused and denied ever telling me that he would unblock my rating ability. I asked him if the calls were recorded and he replied no. How convenient! I am sorry to say but Bid or Buy's employees are clearly not trained well enough to mediate cases like this! The rating system is a JOKE!
