I purchased a garmin from a supplier on bid or buy.
The item was not charging or holding charge. I contacted the supplier who said that he had supplied me with a universal charger and would send me the correct original charger. Nine emails and 3 phone calls later... No charger! Three weeks after receiving the garmin and two weeks after I was promised the original charger, I decided to submit a negative rating to the supplier with bid or buy explaining the above.
The supplier then filed a SNC (sale not complete) with bid or buy. I responded to bid or buy saying that I did not wish to cancel the transaction and that i only wanted the charger. Bid or buy totally ignored my response and declared that "Nobody was at fault" and that the seller has refunded me... which was absolute hogwash. They then removed my negative rating against the seller. I still don't have the charger I was promised and the seller continues to enjoy 99 percent rating... probably still ripping other TOGETHER with bid or buy!
