I bought a coin from a seller (Imberbe Collectables) and didn't receive the coin that was shown in the item description. I then gave the seller a negative rating for future buyers to be aware, I received a mail from Bid or buy asking why I gave the negative rating and respond to it. Bid or buy acknowledge my response with an automated email. I didn't receive any further correspondence from Lorraine, but my rating was removed.
Sellers are allowed to file a SNC (sale not concluded), If Buyers give negative ratings BOB remove it.

As mentioned in my rating, I didn't receive the coin that I bid on. The seller did now sent a message, stating that if I send the exact coin back, He will refund me. How can I trust him?? I can almost bet on it, he will just say that it was not the coin that he send, my word against his! So I please just want you to leave my rating as is, I Think the ratings are there to notify future buyers to be aware. I am prepared to send the coin received directly to Bid or Buy, You can then decide if that was the coin In his description. The coin I received are in any case worthless as it is a cleaned coin.
