I purchased a router on the 10th of oct from seller NaniTech. I immediately did the payment for this router as I required it urgently and the reason I choose this seller over some others were the fact he did overnight shipping. After 4 days of not hearing anything from the seller I contacted him, called and emailed. He told me over the phone he will ship the next day. Item was only shipped out 3 days later again a full week after I made the order. When the item arived it was faulty and not in working condition. I contacted the supplier who assured me he will call me back, which he did not and I had to again waste my time in contacting a seller who simply dont seem to care.
I received a positive rating from the seller as I did the only part required from me which is to pay for item as quickly as possible (like i said paid 2min after making the order), this rating how now been changed to a revenge negative rating for giving the seller a well deserved negative rating. I will not stand for this. I want my negative rating overturned or changed back to my original positive rating as I did nothing wrong and want to file a claim with bob as this is a verified seller.
