2 weeks ago I won an online auction and paid in 3 transactions and thereafter tried to get hold of the seller.
I tried for a week, emails and sms's but the seller would not respond. I gave him a negative rating start contact. The seller immediately replied and started slating me, accusing me falsely and threatened to withhold my goods if I do not change my rating.
I have contacted Bid or buy and informed them of this situation and they merely sent the seller emails, like I have'd and there has been no further response.
Bid or buy, from what I have now experienced supports sellers/businesses as this seller is still allowed to trade after from me, and now has done nothing further than I am aware of. I am out a huge amount of money and my goods.
At this point I do not even want the goods anymore.

Beware when buying on Bid or buy, you can be legally ripped off with the blessing of Bid or buy.
