I am overseas and phoned Netflorest as soon as I spoke to my lady and she told me what is on the card and vase. This was with in 1hour of the delivery.

The message instructions was to put: "I (hart) you" on the vase. like on the picture. Instead you put this in the card and not even with a hart drawing, but spelled out "I (hart) you."
I paid R800 for this and you could not even get this right!!! The lady I spoke to said they would send apology choc's and a letter correctly done. I told my lady this and now she phoned to say she can't do it either.
Your website says 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and I am completely unhappy with Netflorest. You completely spoiled something that should have been beautiful.
