Disappointing late note notice

Ordered a vase of flowers around 4:30pm Friday 10th May 2013 to be delivered on Saturday 11th May for Mother's Day. Order went through, EFT payment was requested and accepted.
I was under the impression my delivery would be made in time for Mother's Day.
Was contacted telephonically at 9:30am on Saturday morning to be told that the vase of flowers I had ordered was out of stock.
I enquired if there was a substitute that could be sent instead, I was informed that they were out of stock of everything. The Netflorist employee that contacted me made no effort to find an alternative gift deliver and I was told my money would be refunded the next week.
Due to the late notice, I was unable to organise another delivery with an alternative online florists in time for a Mother's Day delivery. As a result I will no longer be using Netflorist after this disappointing service and inconvenience.
