I purchased flowers for my mum during october last year, when I got home and saw them they were horrible looking, they didnt look anything like the pictures on the website and where droopy and died by the next day. I contacted netflorist and spoke to a lady named nico who asked me for pictures and said she will get back to me, that was 14/10/2013 on the 17/10/2013 after getting no response I emailed again. still no response. I emailed again on 31/10/2013 got no response and then called again spoke to a lady who said she will follow up with nico but its a new year and no response from them. Netflorist has a satisfaction guarantee promise but when you contact them they do not do anything about it. please can you assist.
