Rip-off alert! I ordered a bouquet of roses through [URL Removed] to be delivered to my sister-in-law in Wales, UK for her 40th birthday. The picture displayed on the website showed a beautiful, professional arrangement consisting of at least 10 roses, green crysanths, grasses and twirly willow in a glass vase. However, what got delivered didn't resemble the arrangement chosen by a long shot: It had only 5 wilting roses and a whole lot of cheap greenery, all haphazardly stuffed into a vase... anyone could have done that! And that after I paid R830.92! What a rip-off! After my sister-in-law sent me a picture of the arrangement, I emailed a complaint to [URL Removed] demanding a refund or that the quality product I ordered be delivered. No response 24 hour later. So peeps: Don't use Netflorist! Take your money somewhere else instead. They don't deserve it.
