Making things right! :)

On Friday, 17 May 2013, I sent my beloved mother a vase of roses and a box of nougat for her 70th birthday. As I am in South America and could not be in South Africa for her celebrations, I used Netflorist to send my mom a little something to make her feel special and to let her know we are thinking of her.

However, on delivery, my special message (in portuguese) was unfortunately not included in the card, as I believed it would be.

I then contacted Netflorist on e-mail to inform them of the issue.

Fazlin, replied promptly and rectified the issue by sending the message in another card, along with a box of chocolates on the next day (Saturday). The issue was, in this particular case, with the florist.

I believe the message is just as important as the gift. Fazlin agreed!

I was so grateful that my special message reached my mother on her special day. Thanks Fazlin, for making things right! :)
