After having to phone and complain about one bunch delivered to me that were dead. I in my stupiditity ordered another time. I ordered a bunch of flowersin a vase. The flowers were delivered early the morning which was great, however the flowers were completely different to the ones displayed on the website. I infact got a bunch for R200 when i paid for a different bunch at R600. The bunch they delivered what the size of a coffee cup. After reading a few complaints here on hellopeter, it seems that i will never get a response nor a refund. So my best advise to anyone is stay away from Netflorist, rather go buy your own flowers from Woolworths or elsewhere.
