Is this service just for South African citizens not residents, if so, why is there an option to enter passport number and upload passport. why reject an application to register without giving a reason. how are we supposed to track our fines? is it now a crime to be a foreigner owning vehicles in South Africa.
Please remove the option for passport if you do no want us registered.
