In October 2011 I made contact with Marilyn Lourens of Milton Travel regarding an application for a working Visa to Australia. Marilyn led me to believe that she had submitted my application and passport for the Visa Application to the Australian Embassy in Pretoria. Over the next year she had fabricated stories of being mugged, hijacked, delayed at consulates and many other excuses for not making meetings or delivering passport and documents. She was apparently required to go personally the Embassy in Pretoria twice and requested payments for the same. What should have taken 2 months, dragged on for 14 months and cost me R 48, 000. I soon discovered that Marilyn had never submitted any application in my name to the Embassy in Pretoria and has a history of conning other people out of Visa fees and not delivering. When I demanded my Passport back she promised a full refund and the return of my passport. I have received my passport but no refund. She is now not taking calls, SMSes, mails and is not at her supposed work place. Please steer clear of Marilyn. She is cunning, manipulative, convincing and a heartless. I have opened a case against her but believe there are many more.
