I have been unable to receive emails on my domain for a few days now. I received an email regarding a "Legacy Domain Transfer" and since then I cannot receive emails or access the control panel. This is happening to a few of my customers as well. this is also not the first time that we have had problems with Cybersmart. They do not give feedback or communicate properly with their customers. It will be interesting to see if they respond to this complaint before they respond to my email sent a few minutes ago to customer support.
