Hi there i recently purchased a car through ebay and the Agents and the owner of the car however after all payments made by me and promises made by ebay and owner, i found out that it was a, i have all emails and invoices from ebay and the bank, its been over a week now and i havent heard from either of them, they told me the car is on the way on a trailer, next minute they say its been in an accident i mus pay ZAR 10.000 to get my money back, the car was valued at ZAR 20.000 as per advert on Autotrader, and they said i must pay ZAR 10.000 for delivery fee/Taxes which i did, total amount been is ZAR 30.000, after the so-called accident they sent me insurance forms and i mus pay an addition ZAR 10.000 to get my money back from insurance, after i took of with them and told im going to report them either ebay or the owner of the car contacted me, please can you guys help me
