My new hosting provider initiated a domain transfer ticket on my behalf. I emailed Cybermsart support asking them to accept the transfer ticket. I have not had a single reply to my email to [Email Removed] (over a day and a half). The domain transfer sits pending while Cybersmart twiddles their thumbs. As a result I have spent a lot of money trying to get through to a consultant at the call centre only to be cut off about 2 mins into the conversation. I plan to move my domains and will actively discourage others from using Cybersmart because of their poor call centre and complete lack of response to support requests.
