An online shopping purchase was done on the VIP club for a watch and an EFT payment was done into the supplied account. However when paying for the product, in error an old reference was used, as I have bought on the site before.
I sent a query to the ONE and ONLY email address provided requesting assistance on the error made by myself. The response received was "this order number has been completed".. in an attempt to explain to them the error i made, the same response was sent through. after sending the proof of payment including an explanation, the same response was sent through.
I have resorted to threatening legally in order to either have the problem resolved or a refund done back into my account. The support given is an absolute joke... No one is prepared to assist. Apparently your money is more important and if there is a problem, no one seems to care, as this EFT was done 10 days ago and still no response... VIP Club has proved that online shopping is still not a feesable option to actually going and physically buying the goods...
