BAD ATTITUDE/WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE

I am a client of Megasurf for the last 10 years. On request of their technician I have upgraded my equipment and my internet service. After the upgrading I have received the most worst service I have ever received from them. The upgrade of the service and eqipment was suppose to enhance my signal on the internet for uploading and downloading, instead it is lower and worst than before the upgrade. The data is suppose to be loaded at midnight on the last day of the month. After my upgrade the data was only loaded 4 days later. No appoligies from megasurf just made as it is the clients fault and not their fault. Very nosty comments when you complain. THey do not answer their phones, e-mails are undelivered. Even Neotel battle to get hold of the founder member and his office. Since I bought the Voip phone from megasurf, 5 years ago, I can still up to today not use it because of the bad signal. I am paying monthly for something that is not useable. The technician promised me that I will have the best signal on the Voip after the upgrade. NOTHING BETTER ONLY WORST! I want to warn people about Megasurf! THey promise everything but deliver NOTHING at a highter cost.
