Where is my money?

It has been now more than 3 months since I fianally managed to cancel your dreadful (non) hosting service. It was a pain from day one when it came to the unclear invoices and lack of storage space.

Eventually I increased mailbox size, to no avail. Mailbox full was the common failure message my contacts got. I made sure you had plenty of my money to secure outstanding funds have been paid for well in advance That I won't get the "you have 2 days to pay, else we cancel our services".

At last I ended up with another provider (Thank you G oo gle!) and it works ever since. You still owe me money "which you never wanted" and instead of transferring that into my new account, you request proof of residence and copy of ID - after I waited patiently for 3 months.

I don't reside in SA anymore and insist that you transfer the owing funds (which I had to wait for for 3 month, because it's "your" policy) and you never asked for that money. Well, guess what: it's my policy to get that money back, and since you mentioned things you never wanted: I never wanted a hosting service that. Now: where is the money?
