Hi, just a complaint.
I moved over to Cell C about 2 weeks ago for better service.
Unfortunately the internet service I am getting is unbearable. I am in the Sandton area around bank city and I have noticed a trend and I think cell c towers are over loaded. I get to work at 8 everyday and from 8am to about 9.30am my signal is fine and working however from 9.30 it starts to slow down drastically until about 10 and at roughly 10 I have no internet access at all. From about 1.30pm though I seem to get some relief and it starts to work again only until about 2.30 or 3 where it goes down again.
I have full signal all the time and it is on 3G however no data is flowing. Cant get on to the net
Please fix or upgrade your towers urgently as I need internet for my job and its becoming a big inconvenience for me.
