Bought an item through this online site. The seller concerned (wealthbydesign1979) and deliberately advertised a used item as new. When I received the item I emailed this seller and he agreed to refund me. I posted the item back to him at my own expense which he promptly re-listed and sold. After a month I did not receive any refund so I told him he would receive a negative rating and then he files an SNC against me. Needless to say I appealed as this was a stalling tactic by this seller. However the thing that really surprises me is that this SNC has been pending for over a month now with no commmmunication from "bid or buy" regarding the progress or status of the SNC. Did they make contact with the seller? If so, what was his response? And when am I going to get my money back? And how long is this pending SNC going to last? Indefinitely I suppose. This guy is a common criminal who steals other people's money.
