Never Use NetFlorist
I purchased 4 gift experiences through them for my family for Xmas 2012 to a value close on R10, 000.
Over the course of this year my family have on numerous occasions each tried to redeem these gift experiences, and each on the their own after several months of trying, have given up out frustration and had the money refunded.
This was intended to be a special Xmas present to my family and has turned into Frustration and Anger. Polar opposite of its intention. Nothing worse than having a Xmas present returned to you.
If you cannot guarantee delivery of the experiences then you shouldnt sell them. Period.
Stay clear of this company. Bunch of clowns!
