Like the other complaints over this time, I bought an item hoping to have an Xmas present, but still no delivery. Emails are no longer answered with expected delivery dates etc. it is a simple thing if you have delivery problems, email out the issue, and allow the customer to make the call. Don't stick your head in the sand and hope that the issue will go away, all that will leave will be your client base...
I bought a set of luggage for my family, they return from their holiday this week, and there is still no delivery... So I had to buy last minute from whichever retailer had stock after Xmas, costing me more than I originally spent...
Now I still do not know if or when the items will be delivered as they have radio silence.
