I ordered a Philips Airfryer on the 18th of November for a Xmas present. I received an SMS promising that delivery would take place on the week before Xmas. On the 24th I phoned to find out where it was and was told that it was with courier company and they would get back to me with a date - but no one got back to me. On 3rd of January I sent an email and got a response that the courier company had been liquidated and they would get my product to me "soonest". I then received an email on the 16th January indicating that they would refund me as they did not have stock without even contacting me first!
I did not want a refund - I wanted the product! You have kept my money for 2 months and not delivered on any of your promises. Seeing all the complaints on Hello Peter I am not sure how you are even still in business.
All this could have been resolved very simply by communicating to me regularly and offering me a refund before Xmas so that I could buy an alternative gift. Now I have a very off wife that still does not have a Xmas present!
I will not be purchasing any from Groupon again if this is the customer service that I can expect.
