Pathetic delivery service

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday as a surprise gift and instead of them delivering it to her on her birthday they delivered it today 23rd September 2013 and instead of the flowers being delivered to my address they went and delivered it tiny neighbors

This is not the first time this happened

I wish I could let all their customers know that their delivery service is pathetic

Please don't order anything from net florist
