This is my second time ordering from Net florist, The first time they were unable to do a delivery on valentinesday, so I requested my funds back... the second time my husband placed an order for flowers for my birthday 19 february 2013. they confirmed my adress at 2:30pm and i explained in detail how to get to my office, by 16:00pm no one had arrived, when i phoned them the manager said that he would get back to me in a couple of minutes... he phoned back to let me know that his driver had a "burst" tyre and he is sending someone out to help him, the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning at 7:30. So as a client I have to phone them to check up on my delivery, Plus i didnt receive any flowers on my birthday and the driver still has not pitched with my delivery!!! Absulutely shocking service from NETFLORIST! how nice to wait for your flowers after your birthday still!
