Terrible service delivery and communication

I ordered a set of single beds in June stating delivery can only be by prior arrangement. The suppliers handed the goods to logs co without my message. One day at 17h30 I received call that no one find is ever at home to receive. Arrangement was made. After furniture was assembled I noted that no slats for the base was delivered. This was not so advertised, nor do they sell slats. I contacted them and they said it's a mistake and they have ordered it. More than once after enquiry, I was informed of delayed delivery. I informed them that the week of 26 Aug I will be unavailable. On Sat back in SA I saw e-mail of 30 Aug at 16:35 that parcel will be returned as they could not get hold of me. I called CT Mon at 8 to request delivery on Tues morning. At 7 the logistic co called to ask about delivery. However at 13:30 today I enquired and nothing was delivered. Again I had to call CT, and was told they will call me back, but did not. When I checked the slats after work it was for one bed only and not two. The logs co confirmed that there was only one parcel to deliver. Thus the 2nd part of the order is incomplete. 5rooms was fully paid in June and I can not use the beds.
