Hello Peter,

I auctioned on some item on bid or buy and i won the bid which cost R459. I deposited the money on the 28 June 2013. Still today I haven't received my item from the supplier which she kept on promising. I laid a compliant on bid or buy but the only response i got from them was to open a case against the supplier.

What is the use of them between the customers and the suppliers if they can not take full responsibility? Why should I be the one going after the supplier and not them?

I fail to understand.

Please help me.
