Useless service

On the night of December 2nd I ordered a gift from 5 Rooms and a handbag from Style 36. The order was confirmed the next morning and would be delivered within a week or so. The bag arrived a few days later but after 8 days there was no sign of the 5 Rooms gift. We phoned on the 11th to find out when it would arrive as the office closed on the 13th and that was where it was being delivered to. They assured us it would be there the next morning. We phoned again on the afternoon of the 12th and had them change the delivery address to my in-laws' house as they would be at home all day. After a few days it still had not arrived, even though we received an email saying it was delivered So we phoned again, and were told to call the courier service ourselves. After tracking the parcel, the courier service informed us that the parcel kept being delivered to the work address. They apologised on behalf of 5 Rooms and changed the address themselves, and assured us the parcel would be there. I phoned again on the 19th. The lady was so horrified that she promised to fix this asap and have it delivered the next day. Its now the 21st. Still no parcel after 19 days of waiting.
